Well, as the challenge that has been 2020 is drawing to a close, Little Otter - along with the rest of us - has had an awful lot of time for self reflection this year. She has been reminiscing lately about how much she misses being out vending at shows and is hopeful that once the world regains some balance that there will be plenty of opportunities to share all that she has been working on in this quiet time. Until then, she hopes that you and your loved ones are staying healthy and remembering to be gentle with yourself and with others.
This was a practice piece from downtime last year (2019) at WesterCon in Utah. As much as Little Otter enjoys the perks of digital drawing, there is something magical about actual paper and graphite and literally getting your hands dirty once in a while. Hmmmm, it might be time to dig out the sketchbook again and get dirty.
